One userbar per topic.
Author galleries: one author per topic. Don't post your work in someone else's topic—create your own. We only post self-made work. If you've got any, show it off.
Anyone can design userbars; there are no restrictions. If you don't like it, let us know—maybe someone else can do better.
Samples of your work can be found at Super-Avatara.ru.
Application requirements:
A userbar image (if needed) is required.
Userbar size and weight: if important.
Rough guidelines: userbar content: nickname, slogans, and contact information.
Notes
Images must not contain pornography, violence, or incitement to violence or illegal activity.
Posting direct links to other websites is strictly prohibited. Timeframes vary. From five minutes to a week.
Complaints will not be accepted. If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out. Contact our colleagues on similar forums. Within this forum, no one owes anything to anyone. This is entirely voluntary.
The copyright for the images you submit is held by their respective owners—the author, publisher, etc.—and we bear no responsibility for their use.
